fix remove semicolon from user-facing recovery message
Audited every rendered string in lib/presenter and the Present module in handlers_kit.ml against STE100. Only one violation found: a semicolon joining two clauses in the recovery-complete message. Split into two sentences. No other user-facing copy needed a change.
