refactor drop redundant CSS default-overrides

Lean on browser defaults and remove restated declarations. No visual change. - Consolidate the modal-heading margin/centre resets for confirm, feedback, and profile dialogs into one grouped rule, removing a duplicate .confirm-dialog h2 rule that had drifted in twice. - Delete .confirm-dialog p, which restated the muted colour every paragraph already inherits from the base p rule. - Drop list-style:disc from ul (the ul default), and padding:0 and color from li (li padding is already 0, and li inherits ink from body). Keep li ul list-style:disc, since the nested-ul default is circle, and keep li::marker colour for cross-engine safety. No utility classes were extracted: every candidate (muted, centre, stack, cluster) proved to be a structural component property applied once, not a repeated author choice, so a utility would scatter structure into templates for no reduction in rules.
