fix Pin mobile row actions to the ledger corner
The action cell inherited the desktop fixed-width table column behavior, so on the mobile ledger grid the three-dot menu was laid out as a column rather than a top-right control. Let it size to content and explicitly justify it at the grid's upper-right. Restore the fixed column width only inside the desktop table breakpoint.
