refactor move type scale to perfect fourth
Replace the golden-ratio heading scale with a perfect fourth (ratio 4:3, about 1.333). The wider ratio gives a stronger, more perceptible hierarchy: h3 1.333, h2 1.777, h1 2.369rem, with small at 0.75 and lead at the geometric half-step 1.155rem. Point .routine-day at var(--font-size-h3) instead of a hard-coded 1.05rem. The day heading is an h2 whose local override collapsed it to near-body size, so it read the same as the exercise list beneath it. It now steps a full fourth above the list and tracks the scale token.
