fix stroke the series as lines, not filled polygons

The CSS set fill on .chart-series, which overrode the polyline's inline fill="none" (a presentation attribute loses to a stylesheet rule), so each series rendered as a filled shape. Set fill: none on the series and colour only the stroke, leaving a plain line chart as intended.
